Vibrate with sound ?

I have a new HTC Incredible II. I have pretty bad hearing and want to set the phone to vibrate AND ring. Is there a way to do this? I really, really hope so. It was easy on my BlackBerry.

Go into settings-> sound, for the vibrate option select "always" then it will vibrate whether the ringer is on or off
