I've recently turned off the vibrating function for my stock keyboard, haptic feedback is still on though. I found it's easier to type when it's off for me, especially when typing long messages. Not that I don't like it, because I do. But when I'm typing something long, it's just really annoying IMO. So I became curious as to what everyone prefers regarding vibrating keys.

Even the haptic feedback slows me down so much now a days. I had it on forever. Then one day, I just realized, screw this, and I turned it off and could suddenly type much faster.

As far as I'm concerned nothing should happen when you press a key...after all, it's only something extra to slow down the phone and the user, no vibrate = snapp-tastic

am i missing something? is keyboard vibration different than haptic feedback?
Haptic feedback is the vibrating when you're clickin an icon or something f that nature. The vibrating keyboard is the vibrating screen when you're typing a text message, web address, or other information. I like the haptic feedback, but like others I cannot stand the vibrating keyboard anymore!
