Help Vibration Issues

Has anyone found a way to fix the weak vibrations on the Incredible? I can barely feel my phone go off in my pocket, let alone hear/feel it while it's sitting half a foot away from me on a desk. I don't really miss my BlackBerry too much, but this is one big thing that I do miss.
 
I have the same issue.. I set it to vibration and it stays in my pocket..when I receive a phone call, I hardly feel the vibration. I have missed out on quite a few phone calls because of this.
