Vibration No Longer Working!

As the title says my phone will not vibrate at all. No haptic feedback when entering phone numbers, none for texting, and none for notifications or calls. I've tried everything I can think of. I've tried going back to the original 2.1 update vs the OTA update. I've tried a soft reset, and also going into the phone menu to do a factory reset. I've even tried the sound manager app trick and still no luck Any ideas on what might be the problem?

Have you tried pulling the battery? Try that before you do a factory wipe.

I have not experienced this issue. I hope pulling the battery helps.

Already have and just tried it again still no luck

Is the phone new or did this just start, either way I'd probably call it a defect and try to get a new one outta sprint.

It's new but I went ahead and called Sprint this morning and they sent me a replacement. Hopefully this won't happen again

same thing has happen to me, did Sprint charge u for replacement?
