Lurker
i was just wondering if you can turn on the vibration when typing/texting on the galaxy ace 2... just like in the vibration intensity setting that's on the galaxy s advance, etc. sorry for the noob question. i really want to buy the ace 2 but it really bothers me if it doesn't vibrate when typing like i was hoping for :(

The default keyboard doesn't support haptic feedback (vibrate on keypress), but you can download other keyboards from the market that do. The first thing I would recommend to all Android users is to ditch the default keyboard and switch to either Swiftkey or Swype...

FYI, you're the first person I've ever heard say they *like* the keyboard vibrating! It's an option that myself, family and friends seem to always turn off instantly when getting a new phone.

I have a kind of a similar question...

I like my phone in silent mode with vibration for incoming calls and no sound/vibration for messages.....i cant seem to get that combination on the ACE 2, is it possible?
