Help vibrator Failed

my dhd have a problem about vibrator
this vibrator not working in my device
i doing hard reset but dont solve solution
help me plz

Unless you're running buggy custom firmware, the only reason for this to happen is hardware failure. You should get it repaired/ replaced by HTC.
