Is this a stock app or something you downloaded from the Play Store? My Nexus doesn't have a video app. If you're looking to watch a video you shot with your phone, you can access them through the Gallery.

No I didn't download from the Play Store it was already downloaded (just the the music app on the phone, but you can watch films and videos downloaded onto the phone), I thought that mines didnt have one aswell but then I saw some videos on youtube and they all have it. Also I think that my one had one.I am so confused.

Perhaps try the Play Movies app or the Gallery like Dready suggested. If that doesn't work maybe a factory reset will help. Good luck.

When I updated my phone it changed the name of the stock music/book/video apps to "Play Music" "Play Books" and "Play Videos". If they updated your phone then it could be that. If not they can be found in the play store under "Google Play Movies". Hope this helps.

consider yourself lucky. every time i try to disable that google videos app, it re-enables itself automatically (along with google books)
