Help video calls

Hello,

I bought my samsung nexus s on June from "Best buy". I wanted to know how do I use video calls option? Do I need a special application in order to make and accept video calls also from phones which isn't smartphones?

in addition, what application do I need for zoom in and out in the phone's cemera?

Download the app tango in the android marketplace. The person you make a face time call also has to have the tango app on their phone
 
Everybody video calling needs some sort of app as it is not part of the dialer setup. You can try the most popular one "Skype" or Google Talk both of which offer video calling. However, the people who you want to call must also use one or the other.
