Video chat app needed..

I was wondering what is a good free video chat app? I mainly just want to chat with my wife on her Evo. didn't like Qik, any other suggestions for this noob?
 
"FaceTime", After more than a year, FaceTime is still the best video chat app out there. Skype and ooVoo are close, but they still don't match the fluidity of a FaceTime call.

True, but you can only use it within Apple's walled garden with other Apple fanbois. The rest of the world doesn't exist for FaceTime.
FaceTime sort of shrinks your universe to only other Apple FaceTime users.
 
Yup, I was referring to Apple. Until I picked up my G1 I had an original iPhone and an iPhone 3G. They make good products, but their draconian practices with the App Store turned me onto Android.

I think it would be a good idea to implement Facetime on Android. It's an open standard and will probably be adopted on many different platforms. :)

I think the issue is that you weren't clear that your reference to Facetime was an iPhone reference. Your post made it sound like you were suggesting that app to the OP for his Android device... which is going to confuse a lot of people (familiar with iPhone apps) unless they bother to read all of this thread.
 
Tried skype, didn't like the audio (was using wifi), it broke up alot, ooVoo seems to be good enough for me. Thanks everyone.
