How come video chat on google talk isn't enabled on 2.3.6 on the Charge

How come video chat on google talk isn't enabled on 2.3.6 on the Charge

Pretty sure Skype is and ooVoo for sure is. Not sure about google chat. I think there's an app in the market that is basically googlechat, but I use ooVoo, so I dumped it.

Skype works pretty well now since the update.
