Root video continue to stop

every time im on my browser and im watching a video it continue to stop in between is their a way to fix this

It sounds like the video is buffering... that happens. I pause the video to let it finish buffering before watching it... that may or may not always work, depending on various factors.
Are you streaming the video on wifi, or 4G?
