Help Video downloading

New guy. I am coming to the SF from a BBStorm. I hated the BBStorm but it did have one feature I really liked. The BB gave me the option of either streaming or downloading videos, I loved that. Could someone please tell me how to download videos to the SF? Please tell me wht apps I may need or what settings to change. I am lost at this point. Thanks.
 
On the link to the video, press and hold and a menue will appear with an option in the list to save link as (or something similar in wording). It will save the link to your folder named Downloads.
