When recording a video, just tap the area of the screen you want to focus on.
For adding effects etc to photo's, you need to hit the button that looks like a magic wand underneath the camera shutter button. THat will bring up a list of effects you can alter your picture with.

I press alot and nothing doing(if its help: i have CM7 and AWD Launcher)
And i dont have the magic wand ...
Ok, I thought you were using Sense. I've never used CM7 so can't help, sorry.
There is some way that i can install the Sense on my phone ?
And what better CM7 sense or launcherpro ?
When I said Sense, I was referring to the stock HTC ROM the phone is pre installed with. When you say CM7, do you mean Cyanogen Mod 7?
Yes i have Cyanogen Mod 7 .
And i just installed a Launcher Pro and agian i cant focus while i recored a video.
What Launcher you're using shouldn't affect the camera app.
I'm not sure what app the camera uses in the CM7 mod, but could be the stock Android one. I certainly know that my suggestions work with the default app on an un-modded DHD.
When you've got the camera ready to take a pic, if you press the menu button, does it give you the option to add effects?

What opriation system do you get ? can you recommend some good opriation system ?

I just use what the handset came with and Go Launcher Ex to add custom animations to my homescreen/dock etc. I've never used vanilla android (to any great extent) or the likes of CM7 etc so can't really comment on those.
