Help video format edit

I have found out how to edit video formats thru media profiles under system file and ect folder...but i cant save it on my phone ...it wont replace it..not with any file app I seen anyway. how can u do this....also I can't get it to bring it up on my PC...it reads in SD card only...how can I get internal files to show on my pc? I have a Motorola triumph..rooted running minimal triumph
 
As far as I know you can't view the internal file system on your computer. Just copy the files to your sd card and mount that. Try using root explorer to move the files.
