Help video format for the glide?

Hi I need help with something. I recorded a video for a friend and I'm tryin to get it to her phone. I recorded it with my Iphone 4, and she has a Samsung Captivate Glade. I've tried to email it to her, but she said it didn't work on her phone (said it wasn't a supported format of something)

I do a lot of video work, and use the NLE Adobe Premiere Elements, so I can pretty much convert it to just about any format needed, but I'm not sure which format works best on her phone. My Iphone shoots video in .mov. So I just need to know what video specs work best with the Samsung Captivate Glade?

I have a wmv file that plays just fine on my Samsung. If she still can't see it, MX Player can play wmv files (as well as others, but a wmv is the only file I have to test it with).
