Help Video format

Hey guys, what is the specific format that videos need to be converted in order to be played on the ultra? I had it right on the prevail but forgot and this would be an hourlong process trial and error for each format...which I actually attempted a few times and failed.

I think if you install some app named vlc it'll let you play more formats.

Mx video player is free and let's you play many formats of vids
