I know the sensation has 30 frames per sec, it I'm wondering is it possible to record a video, then play it in a slower frames per second?

VideoCam Illusion Pro can recording slower or faster. When the video is played it is the same effect as faster or slower frames per second.

looked at that app but not pro, what I want is something allowing me to take a normal video, then allowing ne to make changes to increase/decrease speed
