Quick question I use to have Rom gripper and two video game emulators. So anyway what's the best emulators and video game Rom downloader
Try doperoms.....

I have a couple emulators on my evo, get the roms from the web browser, don't worry about the integrated apps non-sense. Much easier to download it with a web browser (either on phone or computer...) and drop them in the right folder.
Of course, dont' download anything illegal ever because people really care about that... >.>

), that'll work fine for you. Or maybe there exists a 'cool' place to find roms
D)... just use your web browser, download the files, then extract them (if needed).
I'm using the Tiger emulators. They are free, work fine for me (though, GBA didn't work on one particular game...).
Well, I'm pretty sure we are not aloud to link to any site that has roms (as it's a grey area... fair use ... blah blah...)
But any place where you've got roms in the past will work. For example, earlier in this thread someone mentioned a dope place to get roms (), that'll work fine for you. Or maybe there exists a 'cool' place to find roms
D)... just use your web browser, download the files, then extract them (if needed).
Step by step:
1.
Okay, start off, get the Tiger emulators (example, gameboy color). Install it. Nice.
2.
It uses a folder structure on the sdcard. I *believe* it goes like this, my phone is out of arms read, else I'd check </lazy>. SDCARD/roms/gbc/ROMS_GO_HERE
Now, for some emulators you'll need the BIOS... tricky eh? The tiger emulator will grab that for you I believe. If not, google it. Done.
3.
Say you wanted to play the world famous and classic Pokemon Red (and why not, it was great in '97, surely it'll match today's standards). Find a cool or dope place for the roms. It may be zipped. If it is, you'll need to extract it (unzip). Some things will do this for you (Astro File Manager does this (I believe)). If you can't do all of this on your phone, do it on your comp.
4.
Okay, now you've got the rom and the emulator set up. Now, you'll want to turn off sounds and vibration in the controls because it's annoying. Also, up the size of the control pad while your in there.
Start game.
Nothing to do now, so run up to the grassy area to the north. Now, if you remember right, you'll want charmander (because it'll evolve into charizard eventually, which we all know is the king of pokemon). The first battle should be easy.
That *should* put ya on the right track
Disclaimer:Don't break laws, or forum rules. I don't think I did, but it's late-ish... And I'm too excited for skyrim to be thinking clearly.

If this is a little too much, I apologize, I am not 100% on forum rules regarding roms. I'm pretty dang sure we can't link to them, but I think we can talk about it. Right?
