Help Video Grainy?

Does anyone else find the video to be grainy on the X?

With 720p video and an 8 mp camera, i would think that the quality would be a vast improvement over my 3gs, but videos on the 3gs look better to me.

Is it because the X is at 24 fps whereas the 3gs is at 30?

Will this be improved with froyo? or did I not select the right setting.

ok, after going through my videos, it seems like it just may be night videos, or videos in low light conditions.

The ones taken in the daytime seem to be fine.

I too noticed this in low light. But fine in daylight.

so its not just me. i just took my first indoor video of my son crawling and its all grainy. Looks so bad but im glad to see its not another defective phone for me.

This will happen with pictures or videos in low-light situations. As for how much, that will depend on the quality of the sensor in the phone / camera. If you have any way to add more light to the room you should see an improvement.
