Video "Hiccups"

Hey Guys. So when I record videos, about 90% of the time I get "hiccups" afterwards when I play them back. The screen kinda freezes and pixelates then goes back to normal to play the rest of the video. I believe someone called these artifacts... Does anyone else have this problem or even better a fix??

killing apps gets rid of that problem for me. i do it before i record.

I'm not quite at 90% -- more like 10%... but it's still frustrating, nonetheless... thanks for the tip SSinisterSS. Worth a try!
