Help video messages

Is anyone else having trouble receiving messages from other carriers such as AT&T or Verizon. I cant receive any video from other carriers other than VM. After calling VM I was told there is nothing they can do... They said sometimes it works other times it wont. I've been able to get receive one from another carrier.

I'm having the same problem, no one can send me any Video Messages but I can send to them but only if I change the setting to record videos in a low quality MMS setting before I send.
