Help Video not working in MMS resolution mode

I wasn't able to find anyone else with this problem with a quick search, but when I shoot a video in MMS resolution the video does not work, but the sound does.

Basically, I shoot a video in MMS resolution. Send that video to myself or someone else. Upon opening the video, there is no video, only sound. However, on my phone the video works properly.

I tried with all the other resolution settings, and only MMS resolution gives me that problem

Has anyone else experienced this, or found a fix?

Stock 3vo, using stock video recording app

I tried sending a video VIA mms to myself and a friend, but was unable to do so. (Error message said...file is too large. How were you able to even get the video to be sent? I can only send VIA email.
