Official specs say: DivX, H.263, H.264, MPEG4, VP8
If you want/need to convert to one of these native formats I love Format Factory.
It also converts audio, pictures, and ROM devices along with other tools.

Is the mxplayer on Google Play? I couldn't find it. Please explain. No need to convert anything. Download a video player from the app store, like mxplayer, ....

I have had zero issues playing mkv, avi, mp4 or m4v files with mxplayer on my S2.
Is MX Player only available for ICS or something? I have the Galaxy Tab 10.1 with Android 3.2, and I cannot find this app on Google Play. That typically means that the app is not compatible to my device and therefore it does not show up. Is it true?No DTS audio now in MX Player, also hardware decoding causes audio drop out when the audio codec isn't supported by the stock player whereas Dice can manage software audio with hardware video. Both are nearly perfect, but neither is quite perfect, so I change between them depending on the video.
