Video out?

To make a long story short, I'm going to be stuck in a car during the NY Jets Thanksgiving night football game, and i'm going to need a way to watch my favorite team. (i'm planning ahead to try and get my act together) is there a way to do video out on the Eris so I can watch the game on a bigger screen (like a car dvd player) through NFL mobile?

My wife has a Droid 2... i'll be checking around there as well...

*Edit*I found this:

P.S. - good bye thread.. have fun drifting from the first page way down to the depths of never being read again :P

i am not sure if you are still interested in this issue.
on my knowlege, the answer is nop....
even though you can get the cable, the eris doesn't have encoder in it.
if your tv can be used as a computer monitor, then the cable may be able to use.
but, when i check that, all supported devices are windows mobile based one.
that means you still need some app to solve this problem....
