Can someone please tell me if the HTC Incredible has any video output capabilities?? I know it doesn't have the hdmi output like the motorola droid x but does it at least have video out capabilities through rca cables??

look here on htcpedia for more info, video & pictures.

i will definitely be getting one of these soon!

i might try an rca extension cable to make it more usable from the couch/bed.

Very nice! Just ordered one. Here's a fun question: has anyone tried a console emulator with the tv out method? I'm wondering if I can play mario bros on my 46in with widescreen or if it will just put the game in a tiny section like when you are on your home screen. Also, anybody tried this with two bluetooth gamepads for multiplayer goodness or is that not even possible?

I just received mine today. I LOVE it! NOW I can watch those games on NFL Network on my BIG screen rather than my phone screen. :D

So is this part youre referring to an rca ooutput? I actually bought an rca output for my droid eris but turned out that phone just didnt have the capabilities, and I'm hoping it's the same part. So here's the real question....Do I get the Incredible now or wait till the next wave of HTC phones for Verizon?? What I really want is something like the EVO but for Verizon!! Would it be worth it to wait?? Will the next wave be that much more superior?

I just got mine yesterday from Verizon, and like some others have mentioned, the output is quite crappy. Very choppy compared to on the device itself. I'm a little disappointed and left wondering if it was worth getting. Fortunately it was only $15 shipped with my discount. I would have been annoyed if I paid over twice as much through htcpedia.

I have MOST of my movies ripped or ripped off of the net and in digital form. This is an awesome way to travel and show movies in my wife's BATVAN (aka Nissan Quest) with front and rear 10" tvs. Also pretty good quality of showing 720p recordings on my TV w/o burning them to disk or putting them on a flash drive. Agreed, it's not HDMI but come one, it's not as bad as many are saying either.
