Help video playback help

I don't know how to use the forum so forgive me if I am in the wrong place. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. It has suddenly stopped playing videos from facebook or other places where there is a video to tap on. Where there used to be a video is blue block with question marks on each side. It will play my videos that I have downloaded or created but not any from Facebook or anywhere else. Can you help me? Becca

i do not have the galaxy tab 10.1, so i'm not sure, but do you have flash installed? are you on ICS(Ice Cream Sandwhich)?

I have adobe flash player 11.1. Android version 4.0.4. Where do i go to find out which one i have? i don't think it's ice cream but don't know. It did a system update a while back. I can't remember if that's when the problem started or not. Thanks for your help on this!

well i would try and uninstall adobe flash and retry it. your android version 4.04 is ICS which no longer supports flash. not sure if that is the reason. but try what i just suggested and see if that works......you might need to get a flash.apk file for it.
