Root Video playback issues on NC w/Honeycomb

I recently picked up a Nook color to try my hand at installing Honeycomb on it. I successfully installed HC on my Nook, but for some reason I can't get this video playback situation resolved. I've tried several different files/conversion software/configurations and I get the same results regardless of quality. Could this simply just be an issue with the Nook running Honeycomb in general? Is there anyone who has HC on their Nook and has no issue with playback? Could it be my SD card?

I saw someone else make a post about movies, music and Flash not working with HC. I would go with a Gingerbread Rom personally but maybe someone knows of a work around.

Yes, the problem is Honeycomb, not the Nook. As suggested above, try Phiremod or CM7.

I'm sure the Devs will get video working well on HC, but for right now you should not use HC if video is important to you.

CM7 is the best option for Nook Color. I don't know how many times I have to tell people to not use Honeycomb. The devolpers do not have the source code and probably never will so it is impossible for them to make a perfect working OS. The Honeycomb you are using is an early developers preview that is very buggy and is missing a lot of features. CM7 is a stable release and includes all of the features you need. Now if Google would release the freaking source code all of this would disappear but no... now that my rant is done. Enjoy CM7.
