I've noticed that this has become a problem since loading up the two-part file of GB .596..
When I go into the gallery, and click on the thumbnail of a video that I've taken with my phone to try and play it - I get an error that says the file cannot be displayed..which then results in the thumbnail not being able to be rendered in gallery..followed by all kinds of instability in the camera and camcorder apps.
I've found workarounds for this such as deleting the vid/photo causing it and clear the camera/media storage data/caches and let the thumbnails in gallery re-render themselves and then all is good..UNTIL I try to watch either an existing video that I've had on my phone or a new one.
any input on how to remedy this?
