Root Video player in rooted Android phone not playing

I recently rooted my phone for the first time, a Samsung Vibrant Froyo, and deleted most bloatware which I deem useless for my phone. Unfortunately, I might have deleted some useful ones in the process, and I feel stupid for that.

I deleted Camera.apk and Camerafirmware.apk in favor of the Miui Camera application. While I could still take photos, when I turned to video recording it force closed and I rebooted. This time, it could video record but when I tried to replay the video, it say that the video could not play. I had also deleted Video Player.apk, Gallery.apk, and Email.apk, so did any of that applications affected my video playing? I had not tried to put a video in my phone and play it with my current ES File Explorer and Rock Player. Please advise and thank you.

I honestly don't know how to fix this, but I think there may be a way for you to go back to factory stock, then redo the process. I'll take a look shortly and see how to do it.
