Help Video player,resume playback?

Hi All
Can anyone help, i have just started to watch some films on my note but cant see any way of resuming playback from the point i stop watching, does anyone know if this is possible or is there a video player on the market that can do this, free if possible

My note's stock player always resumes playback from the last point watched, in fact if you have it on the thumbnail setting it will show where abouts in each movie you are via a blue line at the bottom.

MoboPlayer certainly provides that functionality

likewise cant see why yours should be any different, i also get the blue line where i stopped it too. not just on one vid but all of em.

I'm not sure what's going on here but I have this issue with my music player. It will start a song over if I pause it and "walk away" for more than a few minutes. I haven't put any videos on my phone yet. (Still need to re-encode them.)
