Video recording and space?

Hi,

I'm wondering how many GB per minute the Nexus 4 takes up when recording in 1080? I'm assuming 180-200mb a minute but just wanted to double check.

Sounds about right, maybe a tad high. I shot around 3 minutes of 720p and it came in at around 200MB.

It will depend on what you're shooting, I would have thought: something where fewer pixels change from frame to frame will compress better.

Thanks. I guess it makes sense to shoot in 720 anyway of its just for personal use and one will be viewing on a phone sized screen or on a tv less than fifty inches.
