Help Video Sorting Question

So lately, I've been converting some videos to mp4 so that I can watch during my travels.

I'm just using the generic player and access my video files through "Photo"

I sorted the files by Name, but when i go to Photo to view my videos i realise the Videos are not sorted.

So it doesn't go in number like 1,2,3, instead it's a jumble.

Is there a way I can sort this? Also why does it do this?

I used Any Video Converted which seems simple to me.

Some of the other forum users also recommend Super and Handbrake but those seemed more complicated to me.(couldn't make the subs come out, think I have to add some extra config.)
