Help video transfers in quality ?

Hi all , please help me !!

I have transferred through the sony software several videos from small phone videos to full on movies and without fail they all play back very poorly , hanging and very pixellated , and its doing my head in !!

I have tried 3 video playing apps and several codecs but it leads me to believe either the sony software sucks or the phone simply isnt fit for the job , these videos played back okay on my galaxy s2 ...

any ideas before it goes back in the box ???

Instead of using the app, you tried just drag and drop? I don't use the Sony Software

Hi yes tried drag and drop which on windows 7 fails on everything but mp4 video's, so I got a set of software to convert anything to an mp4. They seem okay at my first go without changing settings it comes out okay not great
