Video Tutorial How to install Samsung Moment USB Drivers Windows 7 Flawlessly

I am working on a new set of videos that will be up hopefully up by monday 10/18/2010 I do not check my pm msgs all communitcations should be made via my youtube channel and or sdx developers my name there is tecnica as well

After completing the initial steps in the video up to connecting my phone, once I connected it, my computer still doesn't recognize my Moment as being plugged in. Could there be something wrong with my USB ports? My Device Manager says that they are all working properly and are up to date.
 
This video did not work for me. I tried it on a new Win 7 computer, I got as far as setup and I simply got an error message saying "Samsung USB Software was not installed successfully"
 
I'm having a problem in gettng Win 7 to complete the driver updates.
I downloaded the drivers from both sites and had the same problem. I get the device cannot start, (Code 10) message.

Has anyone else had this message and if so, what do I need to do?
