This is quite possibly a stupid question, but is it possible to upload one of my dvd rips to the cappy's internal memory? My sd card is full. Also,which folder would i need to place the file in? Thanks so much guys and gals!

yup, just mount your device and transfer it to the internal memory. It doesn't matter where you put it, the captivate will scan for media and pick it up.
