Hey, if I make a video using my android phone, then can the video be traced back to my phone?

No, I mean will the video created by my Samsung Android have my phone IMEI, ICCID, anything similar embedded into the video itself, so that it could possibly be traced?

AFAIK photos and videos shouldn't contain truly personal information like IMEI, IMSI, phone number, etc. However no doubt a specially created or modified third-party camera app could do it. If it has access to that information, it could indeed embed that info into the photos and videos it makes.
