Help Videos are too small and hard to see

My galaxy s3 is playing videos in a very smallbox. IIt's hard to describe but when I try to play a video it doesn't come up on the full screen but in a tiny box in the middle of the screen. I've tried looking for a solution on here and by Google but I cannot find an answer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You can change the playback size by using the controls from the video player...
