Help Videos cut out after a few seconds...

Here's an example;

I tried video tapping a torture test of my Sig Pro today by dunking it in a muddy creek and doing a mag dump... the video was 40 seconds long, yet it cut out and only let me play 6 seconds. What's the deal?
