videos with fascinate voice is off

every hd video i record with my fascinate looks great and plays great on the phone itself. but when i transfer to my pc they play and look great but the voice is not insink off about 3 seconds. i cant figure it out!!

i post a few youtube videos n i have seen the same problem in several instances on different cameras. i have a middle-range sony that the sound was 3-4 seconds behind the video. I formatted the memory and all was cured.

at first i thought the video codecs in the editor were screwed up but when i played the video on my camera it was off there also.

if you have a lot of pics / movies, i would copy them to my computer n then delete all of them. not a guarantee but may help.

im starting to think its my laptop. i uploaded one of the videos that was the voice was off straight from the laptop to youtube and it was just fine. im going to put some of videos of a freinds laptop and see what happens.

FYI this issue is refered to OOS (Out of sync). It is a common problem with buggy software in the video editing world.

My out of sync is different. Its when I watch downloaded TV shows or videos and watch them on the phone. The sound is ahead of the video by a couple milliseconds. Just enough to be annoying.

The videos are encoded in NTSC and not pal so I dunno what the issue is.
