Help Videos Wont Sync

Everytime i try and move my movies onto my xoom it says that it does not support this format....what formatt does it support
 
Does it say its not supported or does it just say it might not play in xoom? I copied a bunch of mp4 h.264 video. Got yhe warning but it plwys fine on the xoom,

If you are using Windows, make sure you are using the latest Windows Media Player version.

(your files do have to be in a supported MP4 format, but if you use an older media player version, even proper files will not transfer)
 
Because the Xoom unfortunately uses Media Sync for file transfers, on computers running Vista and XP that don't have WMP11, the "incompatible file" message doesn't have a "transfer anyway" option, even if the files are in the proper format.
 
video formats and audio formats supported by Motorola Xoom:
H.264, H.263, MPEG-4, MP3, AAC, ACC+ Enhanced, OGG, MIDI, AMR NB, AAC

everytime i like convert my videos to mp4 h.264 format. you can try to convert your videos to mp4 h.264 format with a video converter. transfer them via USB.
 
Mine always gives the error when I begin to transfer the movies. I just click ok. They always transfer fine and always play fine (MPEG-4).
