Root Vine | InstaGram Video on Stock or Custom ROMs

Hey guys! I'm wondering if anyone is able to record video of either Vine or InstaGram Video with Stock or a Custom ROM.

I'm currently using a Mobsters ROM HD & can't Record with neither.
Before I start trying different ROMs I would like to know if you're also having this issue.

Same issue I think its android 4.0 thats not letting us do this..... sigh... I like my rom too guess its time to ditch the 3D again and go back to Android 4.2.2

Is that for both Vine & IG Video? Or just Vine?

Im able to see Videos on both. I just can't record.
However: Keek works fine with Mobsters ROM.

I use CM10.1 (Wild for the night) and I can record in both, and snapchat etc. I dont know if that helps at all

I just flashed stock to try Vine, records without any problems.

Strange: After further investigation it says that Recording for both is only supported for JellyBean.
I just tried to install PACMan ROM but got errors, gave up for the day. Will look into another JB ROM tomorrow.

It says in the description for instagram recording video is only supported for 4.1 and up at the moment. READ THE APP GUISE!
