VIP app for calls & texts?

Does anyone know of an app for our Ally where you can select certain contacts that will ring even when your phone is on silent? I've done some looking through the Market and the two issues I've noticed are 1) most of these apps seem only to do this for calls and not texts and 2) varying success rates depending on the specific model of phone that you are using. So I thought it might help to ask here, to specifically find one that can do this for texts, and that is known to work for the Ally. (free apps preferred but paid if necessary)

I believe Tasker can do this with some configuration. There was a lifehacker article about this a while back. I'll find it and post the link.

For future reference i used 2 operators. One was the site filter. The other was the AND operator.
