Help Virbate won't work since update

Since the recent update to the phone has anyone gotten the phone to vibrate?
Android version 2.3.3
System version 4.5.602.MB810.Verizon.en.US
with or without the ring tone?
I tried everything and nothign seems to work?
I also did a factory reset

yeah, my wife's droid x camera and SD card is not working after the update. Also, it is not charging.
