I would not doubt it,as they where probably not prepared for it,once again Corporate America thinking profit over quality,face it the consumer is a test Rat,get it out now worry about fixing it after the paying customer has wide spread issues,but for 43 dollars a month i cannot complain if this happens once in awhile.

True that, I was wondering if the whole idea of a more reasonable smartphone plan like ours is a big test of things to come.
If sales show Sprint/VM is having a huge success with this, we may have a much needed adjustment from the other carriers.
I have heard people paying close to $100 for some plans, simply insane imho.
 
Had my fingers crossed that the "outage" we had last night was to upgrade or fix the 3g data drop issue.

Have had one drop today already that required the airplane on/off fix.
