Virgin Mobile: 3G Network Dropouts

Yeah this has been discussed quite a bit. It is what it is lol
So far my 3G and GPS has improved a lot by doing the following.
Try the following steps:
1. Go to --->Settings--->Wireless & Networks---> Wi-Fi (turn off "uncheck", if not already done so). Then exit to main screen.
2. Go to --->Settings---> Location & Security----> Use wireless networks (Turn on "Check"). Then exit to main screen.
By turning on wireless network under Location & Security, your wireless network/wifi connection will not be use. I don't know so do not ask me. lol
Now, you can use SpeedTest Apps to test your connection. I hope it works for you as it did for me. Or maybe my mind is playing trick with me? LOL

Haven't noticed any differences using the above WiFi settings fix. Here is a temporary fix I have found for the dropped 3G connections: Temporary Fix for Motorola Triumph 3G Drops
