Root [Virgin Mobile] backup everything

My Virgin Victory 4G LTE kept failing, so I asked for a replacement, which came yesterday.
I would like to backup, somewhere, everything that's on the old phone, before making the swap, so I can just reload everything onto the new phone.
I'm on a Mac and have Android File Transfer.
Can I store the backup on my Mac? Upload it to Google? (Google+?) I have an account with Google and it seems to already "know" some of my apps. But I see no prompts as to how to upload my music, phone lists, etc. Or how to download such files when necessary.
Thanks.

I don't know about Android File Transfer, but you can either get a microSD card, or just copy the entire /sdcard (your "home" folder that opens by default on device or on PC) directory to a microSD/PC, and copy it back to the new one.

you can store your backups anywhere, just make sure transfers stay 100% same
your mac be fine, (10.5+)
and when u want to use a backup, just copy the folder containing wins/md5s
back to twrp/backups/phone serial/

internal or external. just check the storage

if you dont know your phone serial is, just make a backup of boot(will create your phones folder that u can coy into(:

Thanks for the replies, dibblebill, xstefen, and comps! I just copied all the folders I could see, via Android File Transfer, to my iMac desktop. Now when I switch to the new phone, can't I just reverse the process? For instance, I just did a search for wins/md5s in my new backup folder and it doesn't show up. And I Googled "cwm or twrp recovery" and it seems pretty esoteric. My stuff is pretty basic... I think!
Thanks again!
