Virgin Mobile battery replacement

I've been told for weeks now that batteries are not in stock. Has anyone received a replacement battery from Virgin?

I know, I've already ordered one but it still strikes me as odd that more than 6 weeks after launch the most replaced item on a phone still isn't available for our $300 devices. Totally different from the Triumph when all they would do was send replacements.

I called them for a replacement battery yesterday. Support told me they are out, and will get one in within 5-7 days. We shall see.

The triumph have a lot of replacements and replacement batteries in stock now. I can call them anytime and get one.

I Judd got off the phone with them, they said they are out of replacement batteries for the triumph, asked if I was able to purchase a brand.New one, said out of.stock.

Well I read somewhere that VM either stopped are going to stop manufacturing Triumph soon. Also, I just called VM and before they lady asked for my Account info, I asked if they have any replacement batteries for the Triumph and she said yes.
