I've flashed this rom on multiple times on two separate devices without any problems . could you provide a little more information about your device or what its doing that you think its harmed ?

It don't unless u did something wrong

You need the V5 Aboot image. Flash that after you flash the rom if it doesn't boot.
If it doesn't boot, your on the wrong aboot version.

stuck on boot logo, i flashed v5 aboot imagine after i flashed the rom from CWM 6.0.4.8 Touch for the LG Optimus F3.
