What's up with Virgin Mobile getting the better phones this i just bs. They got htc 3d phone we get the piece of crap htc design. They're the getting the htc one v, we're not getting crap and now they're getting the iphone 4s and boost mobile is not getting crap again! come on boost mobile step your game up!

Actually boost is supose to be getting the iphone later on this year. Its still a rumor but boost has a higher percentage of getting it than virgin does. The first US prepaid carrier to get the iphone 4s is cricket and then boost will/should be next.

Virgin Mobile usually has better phones that Boost.. that's how it's always been. They had the Samsung Intercept for a year or something, then the LG Optimus V for a long time before Boost got their first Android. It's why the service cost more. You get what you pay for. That being said I keep hearing about the iPhone rumor for Boost as well, but it's just a rumor at this point.

I guess you misunderstood my post. More expensive service, typically means better phones. Virgin mobile always has had better phones than Boost.

correct me if i am wrong...i saw an ad on TV virgin mobile was 35$ unlimited everything. Boost is 55$ unlimited everything....i thought virgin was cheaper than Boost??

Boost is $55 unlimited everything with shrinkage down to $40. Virgin is $55 unlimited everything with no shrinkage. They have $35 and $45 plans with 300 and 1200 minutes respectively, unlimited data and messaging.

o ok...i didnt know that.
HOw is Virgin's service? anyone have an idea?
Boost sucks big time....i was left with 1G (in an area which shows up as 3G on their map) for 6 weeks....now i am again getting 3G...dont know how long will it last though.......

Virgin uses the same Sprint network (no roaming) as Boost Mobile so expect the coverage area to be the same.

OHK.....i thought Virgin used Verizon's network.....lol...i was wrong i guess...
just out of curiosity...what about cricket? which network does it use?
