Root [Virgin Mobile] how to install android system update after redspot uncapped kernel flashed?

the android system update thats about 12mb keeps popping up. does anyone know what it is and how do I download it without bricking my phone. also my phone is already on android 4.1.2 jelly bean.
 
I don't honestly know- I had that pop up repeatedly too, and I just kept clicking on it to update. Eventually, it stopped pestering me.
 
If i'm not mistaken it's the Samsung updater. When this happened to me i let it update and it updated the kernel to the latest source. I had to load my kernel again. The one we're using uncapped is older. I disabled my Samsung updater so i don't see that anymore. Anyhow i'll post a new uncapped kernel using the latest source in my thread.
